1. Eligibility for returns and exchanges

  • The item must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • If the item includes a free promotional product, it must also be returned.

2. Non-returnable / non-exchangeable items

  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Prepare the return: Ensure the item is unused, tagged, and in original packaging. Use a trackable courier if possible.
  • Ship the item: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  • Processing: Returns are inspected upon arrival. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
